The fine print
The rules that cover every order, account and download.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Customer,” or “User”) and Vyn (“Vyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of Vyn’s website, storefront, customer accounts, checkout systems, order pages, delivery systems, support channels, Activation Materials, and related services (the “Services”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, placing an order, completing a payment, receiving a Product, requesting support, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, the applicable Product Page, and any conditions displayed before purchase.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
“Account” means any customer profile, email, storefront account, Discord account, support account, or other identity used to access the Services.
“Activation Material” means any activation key, license key, redemption code, subscription code, product code, digital entitlement, access credential, account credential, or similar digital method used to activate or access third-party software.
“Developer” means the independent third party that develops, owns, publishes, operates, supports, or maintains the software associated with an Activation Material.
“Product” means the Activation Material described on the applicable Product Page.
“Product Page” means the listing, checkout page, or description identifying the Product, price, duration, region, compatibility, delivery method, and relevant conditions.
“Third-Party Platform” means any game platform, software platform, operating system, payment provider, marketplace, authentication provider, website, server, application, or service not controlled by Vyn.
Vyn operates solely as an independent reseller and alternative distribution source for Activation Materials associated with software developed, owned, operated, and maintained by independent Developers.
Vyn sells only the Activation Material described on the Product Page. Products may include activation keys, license keys, redemption codes, subscription codes, digital entitlements, legitimate account credentials where transfer is permitted, download credentials, and similar access information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vyn does not develop, own, publish, host, operate, maintain, update, inspect, audit, modify, or control the underlying software, its source code, servers, security, data practices, licensing systems, future development, or continued availability.
A purchase from Vyn is a purchase of the Activation Material. It is not a purchase of source code, intellectual property, development services, maintenance services, or software ownership.
Vyn is an alternative to official Developers, publishers, marketplaces, and platform stores. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Vyn is not an official distributor, authorized reseller, employee, agent, affiliate, partner, sponsor, or representative of a Developer.
References to third-party software, trademarks, companies, games, Developers, publishers, or platforms are used only to identify the Product.
The Services are intended for persons who are at least eighteen years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
By creating an Account or placing an Order, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement or have obtained all legally required permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Vyn cannot continuously verify the age of every User or control who uses a device, email address, Account, payment method, or credential.
A minor must not independently create an Account, place an Order, or use the Services without authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
Where a parent or legal guardian creates or supervises an Account, provides a payment method, approves a purchase, knowingly permits use, or allows use to continue, that parent or guardian agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to review these Terms, supervise the minor, accept responsibility for authorized purchases, ensure compliance, and contact Vyn regarding unauthorized use.
A minor’s unauthorized use does not by itself establish that Vyn knowingly entered into a contract directly with that minor.
Vyn may suspend an Account, request verification, or cancel an unfulfilled Order where it reasonably believes the age requirements were not met.
Nothing in this section removes legal protections that cannot be waived.
You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information; maintain access to the email used for purchase; secure your Account, devices, and credentials; protect Products delivered to you; prevent unauthorized access; and promptly notify Vyn of suspected compromise.
You may not use false or stolen information, impersonate another person, use an unauthorized payment method, transfer your Vyn Account, share credentials, create Accounts to evade restrictions, bypass a suspension, or allow unauthorized persons to access Products delivered to you.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your Account.
Vyn is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your Account, email, device, credentials, or Product, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Vyn may temporarily restrict an Account while investigating suspected fraud, compromise, sharing, unauthorized access, payment abuse, or security incidents.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete Product Page before purchasing.
Product Pages may specify the associated software, Product type, region restrictions, duration, Account limitations, compatibility, delivery method, known limitations, Developer conditions, replacement conditions, and support scope.
You must determine whether the Product is suitable for your software, platform, device, region, Account, and intended purpose.
Vyn is not responsible for assumptions based on statements made by unauthorized resellers, unofficial users, Developers, social-media users, review websites, or persons falsely claiming to represent Vyn.
Specific Product Page conditions take priority over general promotional statements.
Submitting payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance of an Order.
An Order is ordinarily accepted when payment has been confirmed, required security checks have been completed, fulfillment has been approved, and the Product has been delivered or made available.
Vyn may reject, cancel, delay, or review an Order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect information, pricing or listing errors, duplicate transactions, legal restrictions, security concerns, provider failures, inventory issues, payment delays, prior violations, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
If Vyn cancels a paid Order before delivery for reasons unrelated to Customer misconduct, the amount received will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Prices, discounts, availability, and Product conditions may change before purchase.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, processor fees, network fees, blockchain fees, currency-conversion costs, and other disclosed charges.
Vyn may use independent payment providers that apply their own terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, and dispute rules.
Vyn does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card, banking, or wallet credentials processed directly by those providers.
Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, delayed by network activity, affected by price fluctuations, and subject to non-refundable fees.
You are responsible for sending the correct currency through the correct network to the correct address, in the correct amount, within the specified period.
Vyn is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet, address, network, token contract, or unsupported currency unless the error resulted solely from incorrect instructions supplied by Vyn.
Products are delivered electronically through methods such as an Account dashboard, Order page, email, key display, download page, activation page, support ticket, Discord, or an authorized fulfillment provider.
A Product is ordinarily considered delivered when the Activation Material is displayed or sent, credentials are provided, a download or activation option becomes available, an entitlement is issued, or the delivery system records successful fulfillment.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery information, maintaining access to your purchasing email and Account, checking filtered messages, securing the Product, and promptly reporting delivery failures.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by payment confirmation, fraud screening, manual review, network congestion, technical errors, provider outages, inaccurate Customer information, inventory synchronization, or circumstances outside Vyn’s control.
Vyn’s primary contractual responsibility is limited to delivering the Activation Material described in the accepted Order.
Depending on the Product, Vyn is responsible for supplying a valid activation key, license key, redemption code, subscription code, entitlement, legitimate credential, functioning access method at delivery, or another digital item expressly described on the Product Page.
Where credentials are sold, “legitimate credentials” means credentials obtained through a source Vyn reasonably believes is legitimate and transferable.
Vyn will investigate credible reports that, at delivery, a Product was invalid, already redeemed, materially different from the Product Page, not delivered, inaccessible because of a Vyn delivery error, or unusable because Vyn supplied incorrect activation information.
You must report such issues promptly and provide reasonable evidence, including the Order number, purchasing email, screenshots, error messages, activation history, timestamps, and platform information.
Where Vyn confirms that a Product was invalid before delivery or first redemption, Vyn may replace it, correct the delivery, provide an equivalent entitlement, provide store credit with your agreement, issue a refund, or provide another remedy required by law.
Vyn does not guarantee continued access where credentials are lost because the Customer changed, shared, transferred, exposed, or misused them; violated platform rules; lost access to an associated email; or where a Developer or platform independently restricted access.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Product subject to these Terms, the Product Page, the applicable duration, Developer conditions, Third-Party Platform rules, and applicable law.
Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of software, source code, trademarks, documentation, servers, designs, infrastructure, or intellectual property.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
An attempted violation may be treated as a violation.
Unauthorized resale, sharing, copying, leakage, duplication, publication, or transfer is a material violation.
Where Vyn reasonably believes a Product was shared, resold, leaked, fraudulently obtained, duplicated, transferred, or acquired through payment abuse, Vyn may suspend or revoke access, invalidate the Product where possible, terminate Accounts, remove support or community access, cancel pending Orders, refuse future purchases, preserve records, submit evidence to payment providers, and pursue remedies permitted by law.
No refund will ordinarily be issued for a Product revoked because of fraud, resale, sharing, leakage, circumvention, abuse, or another material violation, subject to mandatory legal rights.
The underlying software is created, owned, controlled, operated, and maintained exclusively by its Developer, publisher, vendor, or platform operator.
The Developer, and not Vyn, is responsible for the software’s source code, design, programming, security, safety, performance, compatibility, updates, bug fixes, technical support, data handling, privacy practices, servers, infrastructure, authentication, licensing systems, documentation, future development, continued operation, and compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vyn does not have access to the software’s source code and does not independently inspect, audit, certify, or modify it.
Vyn does not control Developer servers, databases, features, release schedules, security practices, or the decision to continue or abandon a project.
The Developer is solely responsible for keeping the software safe, functional, maintained, supported, and operational.
A Developer’s failure, refusal, inability, or decision to maintain the software does not automatically mean that Vyn failed to deliver the Product.
Vyn’s responsibility concerns delivery and initial Product validity, not the construction, quality, security, or continued operation of the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyn is not responsible for defective or malicious code, vulnerabilities, malware introduced by a Developer, crashes, data loss, unauthorized data collection, Developer privacy violations, hardware or software damage, operating-system conflicts, antivirus conflicts, removed features, server outages, authentication failures, discontinued APIs, lack of updates, inadequate support, Developer misconduct, Developer negligence, Developer abandonment, or other Developer acts or omissions.
The sale of an Activation Material is not a security certification, code audit, quality certification, endorsement of every feature, guarantee that the software is harmless, guarantee of legal or platform compliance, or guarantee of continued functionality.
You are responsible for evaluating the software before installing, activating, downloading, or using it.
Nothing in this section excludes liability arising from Vyn’s own fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, failure to deliver the Product, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to activate, install, download, access, or use third-party software.
You acknowledge that such software may involve bugs, crashes, instability, data loss, vulnerabilities, malware, unauthorized data collection, incompatibility, Account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, termination, loss of virtual items or currency, platform enforcement, financial loss, device damage, and legal consequences.
You are responsible for your use of the software, device configuration, Account security, compliance with applicable law, Developer conditions, and Third-Party Platform rules.
Vyn does not guarantee that the underlying software will function correctly, remain available, meet expectations, remain safe or compatible, receive updates or support, retain features, remain connected to servers, remain commercially available, avoid detection or moderation, or continue operating for any particular period.
The software may depend on Developers, servers, APIs, authentication services, operating systems, platforms, and infrastructure not controlled by Vyn.
Vyn is not required to repair the software, modify its code, provide updates, recreate features, restore servers, replace the Developer, continue an abandoned project, reverse platform enforcement, or maintain third-party infrastructure.
Software failure, discontinuation, or abandonment does not automatically create a refund right where Vyn delivered a valid Product.
Where a Product is described as “lifetime,” “permanent,” “unlimited,” or using similar language, the term refers only to the supported operational or commercial lifetime of the associated software project, service, entitlement, or licensing system.
“Lifetime” does not mean the Customer’s lifetime, Vyn’s lifetime, permanent access under all circumstances, perpetual development, perpetual updates, permanent support, permanent server availability, a guaranteed number of years, or indefinite replacement by Vyn.
A Lifetime Product remains available only while the Developer continues to operate, support, maintain, recognize, or permit it.
Lifetime access may end when the Developer or platform discontinues the software, abandons the project, closes servers, terminates licensing systems, stops maintenance, withdraws access, changes its business model, becomes unable to continue, or otherwise ends the project’s operational life.
The end of a project’s lifetime does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund because the Product was sold for the lifetime of the project, not for a guaranteed calendar period.
Where a Product Page promises a fixed minimum duration, that written duration controls.
Vyn does not control platform policies, updates, moderation systems, anti-cheat systems, detection methods, authentication, APIs, Account enforcement, service availability, or third-party business decisions.
A Third-Party Platform may modify, restrict, block, suspend, remove, or discontinue functionality at any time.
Vyn does not guarantee that a Product will remain compatible, permitted, undetected, unrestricted, supported, or usable with every Account.
Purchasing from Vyn does not grant permission to violate Third-Party Platform rules.
Vyn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation.
Roblox, Robux, related logos, and associated trademarks belong to Roblox Corporation or their respective owners.
Vyn is not responsible for Roblox warnings, restrictions, suspensions, terminations, content removal, experience bans, loss of Robux, loss of virtual items, loss of progress, demonetization, anti-cheat detection, platform updates, or appeal decisions.
Purchasing from Vyn does not guarantee that associated software is approved by Roblox.
Vyn may provide support through official channels.
Support may include Order verification, delivery assistance, Product-location assistance, initial validity investigation, basic activation guidance, billing investigation, replacement review, refund review, and available Product-status information.
Unless expressly stated, support does not include software development, source-code modification, bug fixing, custom configuration, device repair, restoration of third-party Accounts, reversal of platform bans, Developer server maintenance, or guaranteed compatibility.
You may be required to provide your Order number, purchasing email, payment confirmation, screenshots, error messages, activation history, timestamps, and platform information.
Harassment, threats, spam, fraudulent evidence, impersonation, or repeated abuse may result in support restrictions or Account termination.
You may not use the Services unlawfully, use stolen payment information, submit fraudulent Orders, submit false refund or replacement claims, falsely claim a Product was invalid, interfere with Vyn’s systems, introduce malicious code, conduct attacks, scrape protected information, exploit errors, abuse discounts, impersonate Vyn, threaten staff, publish private information, spam support, evade suspension, or assist another person in violating these Terms.
Refunds, replacements, credits, and payment-dispute procedures are governed by Vyn’s Refund Policy.
Because Products are digital, immediately accessible, copyable, redeemable, and consumable, purchases must be considered final and non-refundable except where Vyn approves a remedy, Vyn failed to deliver, the Product was invalid before delivery or first use, the Product materially differed from its description, a verified duplicate payment occurred, or applicable law requires a remedy.
You should contact Vyn before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
You may not knowingly submit a fraudulent, false, misleading, retaliatory, or abusive dispute.
When a dispute is opened, Vyn may suspend associated Accounts or Products, revoke access where payment was reversed, cancel pending Orders, preserve evidence, submit delivery and activation records, contest inaccurate disputes, and refuse future high-risk transactions.
Vyn may suspend, restrict, or terminate access because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, false claims, unauthorized resale, credential sharing, security threats, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, provider restrictions, intellectual-property claims, or serious or repeated violations.
Vyn may issue a warning, request verification, restrict support, revoke a Product, cancel Orders, terminate an Account, remove community access, refuse future purchases, or report unlawful conduct.
Immediate termination may occur for stolen payment information, intentional fraud, malicious attacks, serious security threats, commercial resale, intentional leaking, blackmail, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
Termination does not automatically create a refund right.
Vyn’s website, storefront, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, delivery systems, databases, and original documentation remain the property of Vyn or its licensors.
Underlying software and third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective Developers, publishers, owners, or licensors.
Purchasing a Product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
You may not use Vyn’s name, branding, logo, screenshots, or materials in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, representation, or endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Vyn does not warrant that the underlying software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible, continuously available, supported, updated, approved by a platform, undetected, or available for a particular number of years.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or aggravated damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, virtual items, virtual currency, third-party Accounts, platform access, or losses arising from Developer misconduct, abandonment, software defects, vulnerabilities, malicious code, incompatibility, outages, or use of the software.
Vyn’s total aggregate liability relating to a specific Order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
Where no payment was made, liability will not exceed ten United States dollars or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vyn and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, providers, and licensors from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, misuse of a Product, use of the software, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of Developer or platform rules, infringement of rights, fraudulent payment activity, or failure to secure credentials.
This obligation does not apply where a claim was caused solely by Vyn’s fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or another circumstance where indemnification is prohibited.
Vyn is not responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, sanctions, legal changes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, payment-provider failures, blockchain congestion, Developer outages, Developer abandonment, API failures, platform changes, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Vyn agree to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through written communication.
A dispute notice should include your name, Account email, Order number, description, relevant evidence, previous support communications, and requested resolution.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief, protecting intellectual property, reporting fraud, using an eligible small-claims procedure, or exercising a non-waivable right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
[INSERT COUNTRY, STATE, OR JURISDICTION]
Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts located in:
[INSERT CITY, STATE, AND COUNTRY]
This choice does not remove mandatory legal protections that apply to the Customer.
Vyn may update these Terms to reflect changes to Products, Services, payment methods, security, Developers, Third-Party Platforms, law, or business operations.
You may not transfer your Account, Product, or rights without Vyn’s written consent. Vyn may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of the Services.
Nothing creates a partnership, employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed while the remaining provisions continue.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
Provisions concerning payments, restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, fraud, disputes, and enforcement survive termination.
These Terms, the Product Page, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable Product conditions constitute the entire agreement.
